Service Agreement

By using our services at Quality Cleaning Commercial & Residential Cleaning LLC, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Office Hours and Cleaning Schedule

Availability: Open from 8 AM to 6 PM to meet your cleaning needs.

We proudly serve Tacoma, WA, and the entire Puget Sound area.

Holidays and Office Closures

Quality Cleaning observes the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

If your scheduled cleaning falls on any of these holidays, we’ll contact you in advance to reschedule. For all other holidays, our office will remain open, and our teams will continue to provide cleaning services as scheduled.

Estimated Arrival Times

When booking your cleaning, we will confirm an arrival window. Please allow a 30-minute arrival window to accommodate scheduling variations.

Payment Policy

Quality Cleaning accepts the following payment methods: cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, Venmo, and Zelle.

  • Credit Card on File: All clients are required to maintain a valid credit card on file. This information is securely stored and used for billing purposes.
  • Automatic Billing: Payment will be automatically charged to the credit card on file immediately after the cleaning is completed and the cleaners have left the premises.
  • Transaction Fees: Clients are responsible for covering a 3% credit card transaction fee, which will be added to the total service fee.
  • Invoice: Invoices are considered paid once the credit card charge is processed.

Additional Charges

  • Residential Cleaning: An additional fee of $45.00 per hour per team member may be applied if the cleaning exceeds the allotted time for your home.
  • Example: If your home or office requires extra cleaning due to an event or unusual circumstances, this fee will cover the additional time and resources needed to restore it to a spotless state.

Deposit Fess

Residential Cleaning: A $45.00 deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note that this deposit will be retained if the cleaning is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.

Move-Out Cleaning: A $100.00 deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note that this deposit will be retained if the cleaning is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy to ensure fair scheduling for all our clients.

Late Payment Policy

  • Due Date: Payment is due at the time of service.
  • Late Fee: A $45.00 late payment fee per cleaning will be applied to accounts with unpaid balances after 30 days.
  • Collections: If it becomes necessary to involve a third-party collection agency to recover payment, the associated fees incurred by Quality Cleaning will be added to your unpaid balance.

Damage Policy

  • Reporting Pre-Existing Damage: Our staff will notify the client of any pre-existing damage noticed upon arrival.
  • Reporting Post-Service Damage: Clients are required to report any damage noticed after the cleaning within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Accidental Damage: Quality Cleaning is insured and bonded. In the rare event of accidental damage caused by our team, we will address the issue through repair or reimbursement, depending on the circumstances and in accordance with our insurance policies.

General Provisions

  • Service Scope: Quality Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service or adjust the scope of work based on the condition of the property or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Privacy: All personal information is handled with strict confidentiality and used solely to provide and improve our services.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

By continuing to use Quality Cleaning services, you acknowledge that:

  1. Complaints: Any dissatisfaction with the cleaning must be reported within 1 hour of the cleaning’s completion. Cleaners will address and fix issues immediately, if notified on time.
  2. Billing: Payment will be processed automatically upon completion of the service.
  3. Cancellations: Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment with 48 hours’ notice will result in a $135.00 fee being charged to the card on file.

Your Cleaning is Guaranteed

We guarantee that we will complete the cleaning within the scheduled time. If we do not clean an area properly, please get in touch with us within 1 hour after your cleaning. We will schedule a re-cleaning appointment, preferably on the same or the next business day, at no cost to you. If you still have concerns after the re-cleaning, we will meet with you again to discuss them.
